PRR (Positive Reply Rate)
Percentage of emails sent that got a positive response. Industry baseline is 0.3 to 1%. Fixoria targets 0.5% minimum.
Bounce Rate
Percentage of emails that could not be delivered. Below 3% is healthy. 3 to 5% is a yellow flag. Above 5% triggers a full deliverability audit.
ABR (Appointment Booked Rate)
How many positive replies converted into booked calls. Used as a tiebreaker when two campaign variants have similar PRR.
ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
The specific type of business being targeted. Primary ICP is Lead Generation Agencies. Secondary is Web Dev and Creative Agencies.
A/B Test
Running two different email scripts against the same audience to see which performs better. We use the 300-Lead Rule before declaring a winner.
FUP (Follow-Up)
Automated follow-up emails sent after the initial cold email. Cadence is Day 0, Day 2, Day 4, Day 6, then Day 91 for re-pitch.
Engaged Lead
A prospect who replied positively or showed clear intent. These move out of the automated sequence and into personal outreach from Aryan.
Loom vs Loomless
Loom sequences include a personalized video. Loomless sequences are text-only. For this ICP, loomless has consistently outperformed Loom on cold touch — Loom is now reserved for warm, engaged leads only.
